You can expose your business to thousands of area residents by participating in the Business Expo!

This is the best business opportunity in the Norridge/Harwood Heights area to see hundreds of potential customers over one short weekend. We would like to extend this invitation to you and your business to participate.

 

Dates/Times

Thursday, July 12         Expo:   5:00 - 9:00 pm

Friday, July 13             Expo:   5:00 - 9:00 pm
Saturday, July 14       Expo:   1:00 - 9:00 pm
Sunday, July 15         Expo:   1:00 - 9:00 pm

 

Location

A separate Business Expo Tent will house the event at the north end of the Festival separating the Children's Carnival area from the larger carnival ride area. The area is adjacent to Lawrence Avenue running West to East. Please note:  Participants will be assigned space in the order in which their paid application requests are received.

 

Facilities

Each booth is provided with one eight foot (8’) table and two (2) chairs. No power will be supplied. Personal generators may not be used without prior approval by the local fire inspector.  Booths will be located under the tent. Signage must be provided by the vendors, be generic in nature, be related to the specific product/business and fit within the booth space. Signage should be attractive and legible for best results.  Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths.

 

Business Expo Booth Fee
$350.00 (Harwood Heights/Norridge Chamber members) for all 4 days
$400.00 (non-Chamber members) for all 4 days

$275.00 (Harwood Heights/Norridge Chamber members) for weekend only

$300.00 (non-Chamber members) for weekend only

$225.00 (Chamber  members) for Thursday & Friday Night

$250.00 (non-chamber members) for Thursday & Friday Night

$50.00 extra for end booth to vendors for all 4 days (only 4 spots available)

$50.00 deposit to secure a space

 

Vendor Space Location

Vendor booth location will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.  Expo booths will be assigned only after your application and fee are received.  By June 14th, you will receive a confirmation letter listing your booth position along with other necessary paperwork and information including times for equipment setup, drop-off and access pass. Please return your application as soon as possible.  Application deadline is JUNE 1, 2012.
